Landscape Master Plan: Year 1 - 5
Master Plan
LEGEND1. Oval #2: Remove small trees & relocate sewer vent to allow
for expanded oval. Install lighting for evening training. Relocate cricket wicket to central location.
2. Retain existing carpark
3. Oval #1: Upgrade irrigation & drainage and light heads to training level
4. Upgrade pedestrian lighting along existing shared use path
5. Upgrade pedestrian path
6. Upgrade picnic facilities
7. New access road, including tra�c calming to manage vehicle speeds. Undertake replacement tree planting for trees removed. Establish landscape edge to provide visual separation to the northern site boundary.
8. Emergency vehicle access only (no general vehicle access). Maintain pedestrian access.
9. Upgrade vehicle entrance o� Nelson Road to ensure safe vehicle movements into and out of the precinct.
