BOISE METROPOLITAN AREAThe Boise Metro, at 92.5% of the national cost of living, enjoys some of the lowest costs in the western United States. Shorter commute times, safer communities, access to outdoor recreation and a high in-migration rate of workers has created a dynamic workforce with an entrepreneurial vibe.
Major economic drivers in the region include semiconductor and other computer product manufacturing, food product manufacturing, administrative and business support services, and construction.
