i) Tables
- Overview Transaction Data
Comprised of 27 tables ( table i xxvii ) will be prepared by
NAPIC HQ
- Overview Stock Data
Comprised of 7 tables ( table xxviii xxxiv ) will be prepared by
NAPIC HQ
To facilitate text writing, states are advised to prepare stock
tables to
enable the state writer to know the stock situation at micro
level. These
tables need not be submitted to NAPIC HQ

- States Transaction Data
Comprised of 14 tables ( table 1 14 )
Format and data for the two halves of the previous year (H1
& H2) will be
supplied by NAPIC HQ. Data for H1 (Jan-May) of the review period
will be
prepared by individual states so as to facilitate text
writing
Updating of transaction data by adding transactions for the
month ofJune
will be undertaken by NAPIC HQ
- Sales and rentals
Comprised of 16 tables ( table 1 16 )
Format will be supplied by NAPIC HQ
Data will be prepared by States and based on sales and rentals
collected in
the period ofJan May. These data will be used as proxy to
reflect the
Jan June review period
ii) Text
- State texts Can be written either in Malay or English
Grammar and spelling should be in accordance to the standard
Tatabahasa
Dewan (Malay text) or UK English (English text)
Report is based on Jan May transaction data
States are to inform NAPIC HQ and provide details should there
be
significant transaction(s) with substantial value(s)
REVIEW PERIOD
- In relation to transaction data, sales/ rentals and stock
data, comparisons are
made based
on the following time periods :
Jan June . H1 *n Review period
Jul Dec . H2 n-1 Preceding period
Jan June .... H1 n-1 Corresponding period
