Performance NotesLamb Of God Litany is designed to be used for the Fraction Rite. Assorted verses are provided to match thefeast or season, as well as to adjust to the length of the rite itself. The mood is one of gentle, quietreverence. Because of its quiet, gentle nature, the accompanist should play with a delicate, reverent style.Guitarists should finger-pick, rather than strum. The refrain should be sung by the choir and assembly. Theverses can be sung either by a solo cantor or by the choir, and are a bit louder and more proclamatory thanthe refrain.
