Mayor Copeland To Break Ground For

Harbor Retail District

Mayor Anthony Copeland is pleased to

announce on Tuesday, September 1, 2015 at 11:00 am, the

City of East Chicago in conjunction with the RDA

(Regional Development Authority) will be hosting a

ground breaking ceremony for the Development of

Downtown Harbor. The ground breaking will take place at

2200 Broadway Street on the East lot. Two retail buildings

will be constructed with an expected opening in the sum-
