Lafarge India Team wins the ‘Special Commendation Award’ at the Best Change Interventions of Asia Awards (BCIA) In the feedback, Jury members appreciated the way entire business strategy was designed, communicated effectively through creating shared vi sion and awareness using Large Scale Interactive Process (LSIP) . Process ofinvolving all middle managers in building shared vi sion and action plans was speciallyapplauded. Abhilasha 2015 is to make Lafarge RMX the safest,most rel iable and preferred business partner for the construction industry in India. To achieve this four key pillars have been identified. As part of Abhilasha 2015, our teams have gone the extra mile to meetcustomer s and architect community expectations and these success stories will inspire us to create new benchmarks. The RM X team i s focused on bring ing better results through theirefforts, di scipline and team work . Special Commendation Award The BCIA awards encourage organizations which proactively manage change efforts, showcase theirinternal best practices and receive feedback and recognition from a panelof jury members. Thi s year o ver 40 organizations participated from Asia and Lafarge was one of the 12 finali sts along with other organizations like Tata Motors, Wipro, Dr . Reddy' s and Mahindra. The Jury members evaluated each entry against key parameters of successful change initiative. The Lafarge Abhilasha 2015 case studywill feature in BCIA's publication ‘Driving Transformation- How 12 Indian Companies drove change successfully’.
