WELCOME

Welcome to the 2017 Jackson’s Mill Jubilee with the theme of “Through the Ages…” The paid music this year will be located in the Arena in the Barn, except on Sunday with Ryan Cain and the Ables. Plans are not complete on their location in perspective with the Antique Cars. The Board of Directors will be offering a one- time drawing of $100.00 for our competition this year. All the Artisans whose application and paid reservations are received by April 1st, 2017 will be entered into this drawing. Thursday evening, August 31st, 2017, at the Annual dinner, we will draw the winner’s name. The Winner will receive a check for $100.00.

Lodging or camping reservations can be made with WVU- Jackson Mill by calling 304-269-5100. It is very important that you make your reservations early. Camping on the airport will be not be free this year. Camping with no hook-ups $15.00 and with hook-ups $30.00 per night.

Check-in and set-up for the Jubilee will begin on Thursday, August 31st, 2017, beginning at 9 AM through 8 PM; Friday, September 1st, 2017, from 8:00 to 10:30 AM.

All applications are due on or before July 1st, 2017. Full refund before July 15th, 2017, no refund will be issued after that date. Programs will be printed August 1st, 2017.

Crafter hours for the Jubilee Friday: Noon – 8PM Saturday: 10 AM – 8 PM Sunday: 10 AM – 6 PM (You may tear down after 6 PM)

Please be at your booth one hour before the Jubilee opens. All vehicles must be off the grounds and parked one hour before the Jubilee opens. The gates will be officially opened one hour before the stated time to meet the needs of our early birds.
