LABOR COMPLIANCE - Enhance compliance to Labor LawsDOLE Orientation
July 7, 2016 – The Department of Labor andEmployment (DOLE) Cavite Provincial Officewas conducted an in-house orientation to PTClocators, after several HR Officer has requestedto educate them on Wage Order IV-A 17.On the first part of the orientation in the expertiseof Engr. Joseph Gacosta, Senior Labor &Employment Officer, Labor Laws ComplianceOfficer he discussed the Department Order No.150-16 Revised Guidelines Governing theEmployment and Working Conditions of SecurityGuards and other Private Security Personnel inthe Private Security Industry.On the main part of the orientation Ms. CristalGrace Galicia, Labor & Employment Officer III,Labor Laws Compliance Officer, was discussedthe Wage Order IV-A 17 Setting the NewMinimum Wage for Private Establishments inRegion IVA. On the topics emphasized that
effective July 1, 2016, minimum wage earners in the CALABARZON (Cavite, Laguna, Batangas, Rizal andQuezon) area would get wage increases as RTWPB IV-A approved Wage Order No. IVA-17.
CONTRACTUALIZATIONSept. 20, 2016 - TheDepartment of Laborand Employment(DOLE) CaviteProvincial Officeconducted seminars forDO 18-A (RulesImplementing Articles106 to 109 of the LaborCode, As Amendedregulations governingcontracting and subcontracting) with the knowledge of Ms. Cristal Grace Galicia, Labor & Employment Officer III,Labor Laws Compliance Officer.
The Association expressed the appreciation for the presence of Engr. Ignacio S. Sanqui, Jr., DOLE Cavite-Provincial Director who explained the Labor Advisory No. 10 (Prohibition against Labor - Only Contracting) in theorientation. At the concluded of the seminar, Engr. Sanqui was actively gather and response the concerned of alllocators to the open forum. The seminar was attended by 34 participants from 30 locators.

LLDA Continuing Environmental Education Seminar (CEES)
August 5, 2016 – The group completed the 11th LLDA ContinuingEnvironmental Education Seminar (CEES) in house training.
Ms. Maristel C. Espiritu, LLDA, Chief of Staff, Special Concerns headed thetraining and gave the updates for LLDA and Engr. Geoffrey L. Cueto, EnP,discussed his presentation for Water Footprints.
The training was attended by 46 participants, the highest number of attendeesas compared from the previous years. In the event Ms. Espiritu awarded thePCO Recognition for the good environmental performance.
International Coastal Cleanup Month 2016
September 17, 2016 –The PTC Locators Assn, Inc members represented by employees/officers fromBCPI, Channel Line, CJNT, Gemphil, JF Rubber, MM Steel, OE Works, REPI, RRC, PIGMENTEX &PTC ADMIN was actively participated in the Intl. Coastal Clean Up Month 2016 Project spearheadedby the MAYOR DAHLIA LOYOLA, Municipality of Carmona with Municipal Environment and NaturalResources (MENRO) as lead agency. This project was conducted annually in support of theenvironmental preservation initiatives.
Phil. Red Cross OCCUPATIONAL FIRST AID & BASIC LIFE SUPPORT & CPR/AEDJuly 2, & 9 - PTC-LAI’s Safety and Fire Brigade Organization (SFBO) in coordination with PHILIPPINE RED CROSS RIZAL CHAPTER - MuntinlupaCity Branch initiated to conduct an in-house Two (2) days training for First Aid Training with Basic Life Support (BLS) & CPR/AED
Training was compliance to the General Labor Standard and requirementsfor DOLE Certificate of Compliance. First Aid Skills arises to face thedangers of disasters and to help the people be prepared in helping theirfamilies and communities.
Included on the training was lecture and actual demonstration on the FirstAid & BLS, Emergency Actions Principles, Common Emergencies (Hearattack, Cardiac Arrest, Body Airways obstruction, Bleeding, Shock, Wound,and Burns) and Lifting and Moving, participants also participated on the
actual exercises. The saidtraining was conducted toenhance emergency responseskills of industrial employeesand to strengthen their capacityto save lives in emergencysituations. After the workshop,the participants were givenpractical and written
examination in order to assess what they had learned. The seminar was participated by 24 employees from 15 companies located at PTC.

ELSAROC Training
July 19 to 20, 2016 -To ensure that there would enough rescue personnel on hand shouldthe “Big One” hit the Local Government Unit of Carmona through its Municipal DisasterRisk Reduction and Management Office (MDRRMO) in partnership with the Metro ManilaDevelopment Authority (MMDA initiated to continued looking for more volunteers toundergo a two-day course on emergency response which was Earthquake and LandslideSearch and Rescue Orientation Course (ELSAROC).
PTC Locators participated in the training represented by members of Safety & FireBrigade Organization (SFBO). The seminar workshop was focused on 4 modules relatedto disasters Introduction to Hazards and Disaster Management Concept, Getting Startedto conduct Search and Rescue inside Collapse, Fundamental Search and RescueTechniques, and Extricating and Caring of Victims on Collapsed Structures. Meanwhile,the groups’ participant was devoted and was exposed on the practical exercises for typesof rescue operation: Familiarization of Tools and Equipment, Searching and LocatingTechniques, Lifting and Stabilization, Victim Packaging and Extracting, Banding andSplinting, Lifting and Moving and Basic Life Support.
The activity was participated by Municipal Employees, Homeowners’ Association,Industries, Barangay Officials, Non-Government Organization, Private Organization,Schools, Phil. National Police, and Bureau of Fire Protection.

The Association accomplished the various project for the road safety program to continue aimed the prevention of employees and vehicles to accident.

Restored of Rumbler Stripe in cooperation with Municipality of Carmonaand DPWH Cavite Sub Office.

ELSAR Tool BoxMunicipality of Carmona Cavite hasvoluntarily given by way of donation theEarthquake Landslide Search & Rescue(ELSAR) tool box to PTC Locator’sAssociation, Inc. The tool box containedaccessories, tools & equipments to beused in any emergency situation such asearthquake or landslide search andrescue operation. The Associationconstructed a cabinet for the tools andEquipment.
Road Repaired
The Association continued to prioritize the Road Repairs / Rehabilitation project. Recently, road enhancement thru applyingpavement sealant of entire road of PTC was completed.
Flood Control
As part of the new mission of the association “To achieve the ZERO flooding” in the complex, the committee was completed the variousproject for the flooding control.

Constructed additional 6 units of manhole in frontof ASK to Onda property
Continued drainage inspection & declogging of the entire PTC
