About my businessLabels4kids is a family owned and operated business based in the UK selling worldwide. As amother of three active young boys I understand where parents are coming from. About My LabelsLabels4kids personalised name labels are light and easy to send as gifts. Send to friends abroad or givethem to relatives in care homes. I can print labels without pictures for adults and these are used byhospitals, companies, charitable organisations, sports teams, scouts camp, armed forces clothing etc.

Delivery Information• We post First Class in the UK once the item has been produced but productiontime is as stated on the website. We cannot deliver next day unless the itemspecifically states so on the website as all orders are made to your specificationand that takes time.

• Allow 2 weeks for most items.• Longer for some items (some take up to 28 days to produce) like LuggageStraps, one and half inch Clothing Labels.

• Special delivery will NOT speed up the production of your personalised order.It still has to be produced to your specification which takes time. It doesguarantees next day delivery once dispatched (if no postal delays) but requiresa signature so cannot be sent to a post office box number.

• POSTALSTRIKES - In our experience most mail arrives within 10 working days.In the event of a postal strike or Royal Mail dispute packets can be held up. Wecan rerun but we are obliged by Royal Mail to wait 15 working days beforeplacing a postal claim. We will then rerun if your package has not arrived andyou will be obliged to complete a post denial of receipt form for Royal Mail tocover production costs.
