Workout: Pound - drumming workout to music. Sightseeing: Visit the beach suburbs of Venice and Santa Monica.
Day 3: Sunday 26th August
Day 4: Monday 27th August
Workout: Paddleboard in Newport Beach, Orange County Sightseeing: Orange County Beaches including Laguna Beach
and Newport Beach.
Day 1: Friday 24th August
Workout: Training Mate for a full body workout Sightseeing: The LA Central Markets and Downtown LA.
Day 6: Wednesday 29th August
Activity: Spend the full day at Disneyland.
Day 7: Thursday 30th August
Workout: Hike to the famous Hollywood sign Sightseeing: Beverly Hills, Hollywood, West Hollywood.
Activity: Visit the Getty Center
Day 5: Tuesday 28th August
Free day/Rest day. Today is your day to spend any way you like.
