Historic collection of 21 original candid 2x3 to 4x5 (size varies) photos of USO shows on Okinawa in 1944, all taken by one soldier, and still in the original photo-page mountings expertly put into corner hinges. These photos cover two USO tours: the famous Jack Benny-Carole Landis show, with Big Band singers Martha Tilton and Frances Langford along with Larry Adler, the harmonica wiz; and the Betty Hutton tour. Single snapshots of these tours turn up on the market, but this is the largest and most comprehensive such group we have seen.
