13. L12-519 - Lincoln Parish, Ruston Lincoln Convention & Visitors Bureau - Not exceeding$1,200,000 Revenue Refunding Bonds, not exceeding 3.25%, mature no later than July 1, 2022, refunding and extending Revenue Bonds, Series 2007.

L12-525A - Orleans Parish, Parish Hospital Service District - District A - Not exceeding$97,604,300 Note, on a taxable basis, not exceeding 4.5%, not exceeding 40 years, (1) construct, equip and operate a state-of-the-art hospital at the site of the former Pendleton Memorial Methodist Hospital at 5620 Read Boulevard, New Orleans to provide emergency and other essential hospital services to the residents of New Orleans East; (2) acquisition of improvements, extensions and replacements, including appurtenant equipment, accessories and properties, both movable and immovable; (3) fund capitalized interest, and (4) fund a debt service reserve.

L12-521 - Ouachita Parish, City of Monroe (Economic Development Project-Garrett Road Economic Development Area) - Not exceeding $21,000,000 Sales Tax Increment Revenue and Refunding Bonds, in one or more series, not exceeding 4.40%, mature no later than March 1, 2025, refunding all or a portion of Sales Tax Increment Revenue and Refunding Bonds, Series 2008.

L12-524 - Ouachita Parish, City of Monroe (Economic Development Project - Tower Drive Economic Development Area) - Not exceeding $10,835,000 Sales Tax Increment Revenue and Refunding Bonds, in one or more series, not exceeding 4.30%, mature no later than March 1, 2025 to be issued as (1) approximately $8,540,000 Refunding Bonds, refunding Sales Tax Increment Revenue and Refunding Bonds, Series 2007; (2) approximately $2,295,000 Revenue Bonds, (a) acquisition, engineering, construction, reconstruction or relocation of certain roads, streets, highways, drainage, sewers and other public infrastructure; (b) other economic development projects within the Area; (c) funding a debt service reserve fund if necessary; (d) providing for capitalized interest if necessary and (e) paying any credit enhancement.

L10-162A - Rapides Parish, Town of Lecompte - (1) Not exceeding $784,000 Sewer Revenue Bonds, not exceeding 2.75%, not exceeding 40 years, constructing and acquiring improvement and replacements to the sewerage system, including appurtenant equipment and accessories; (2) not exceeding $784,000 Bond Anticipation Notes, not exceeding 3%, not exceeding 10 months, interim financing.

Lll-447A - St. Helena Parish, Waterworks District No. 2 - (1) Not exceeding $2,659,000 Water Revenue Bonds, Series 2013, not exceeding 3.375%, not exceeding 40 years, acquiring and constructing improvements, extensions and replacements to the waterworks system, including equipment and accessories; (2) not exceeding $2,659,000 Bond Anticipation Notes, not exceeding 4%, not exceeding 1 year, interim financing.
