    These all customers are divided on the basis of seekers of talent, knowledge, and

    proficiency in the field of information technology.

    The segmentation is perfectly all right.

    Having an overview it is very difficult to arrive at conclusion that which sector is the

    highest contributor to sales or revenue but corporate, government, banks and school

    and colleges may offer huge revenue contributing a greater part in the companys

    profits.

    Examine if the company has a planning and performance budgeting process.

    Which are the principal parameters that are used and how does the company

    monitor performance against the plans? If the company does not have a clear

    performance budgeting process in place, can you design a format for the

    purpose

    Performance budgeting is a system of planning budgeting and evaluation that

    emphasizes the relationship between money budgeted and results expected.
