What will Krea do to correct the problem? Krea will examine the product and decide, in its sole discretion, if it’s covered

under the relevant guarantee. If Krea decides that a product is covered

by the guarantee. Krea will then, at its choice, either repair the defective

product or replace it, with the same or a comparable product.

In these cases, Krea will be responsible for the costs of repairs, spare parts,

labour and travel for repair staff that Krea incurs, provided that the product

is accessible for repair without Krea incurring any additional expenditure

to gain access. This will not apply in cases where repair work has not been

authorized by Krea. Krea and the Krea repair staff will not be liable or

responsible for any damage caused to products or property caused when

trying to gain access to the product(s) in the course of repair. Krea repair

staff will not take unreasonable risks in attempting to access the product(s)

in question. Any defected parts removed in the course of repair works will

become the property of Krea. If the item is no longer sold by Krea, Krea will

provide an appropriate replacement. Krea will decide at its discretion, what

will constitute an appropriate replacement.

Conditions for the guarantees The guarantees are valid from the date of purchase at Krea. The original

purchase receipt is required as proof of purchase and must be submitted to

Krea at the time of claiming against the relevant guarantee.

Exclusions The guarantees do not apply to products that have not been stored,

assembled or used in accordance with the Krea instructions or products

which have not been cleaned following the specific Krea care instructions.

The guarantees do not cover normal wear and tear, cuts or scratches, or

damage caused by impacts or accidents. The guarantees do not apply if

products have been placed outdoors or in a humid environment or if the

products have been used for non-domestic purposes (unless otherwise

stated). The guarantees does not cover consequential or incidental

damages. The guarantees are for the benefit of the original purchaser of the

product. They are not transferable. For details see the guarantee conditions

Delivery and Installation

One of the main features of a Krea product is that the goods are fl at pack,

therefore easy to carry in your own vehicle. You can collect your items

from the Krea Stores (see map) and load them with ease from our specially

designed loading bay, designed to cater for your requirements.

However, if you would still like us to deliver, you may do so at a cost of

€22 for the first bundle and €1.60 for every additional bundle. In the

case of mattresses the charge is €7 for the first mattress and €1.60 for

every additional one. The same rate applies for deliveries to Gozo. If

the furniture needs to be hoisted to the upper floors, you will need to

contract a sub-contractor of your choice and at your own expense. You

may also choose to use one of our sub-contractors, and your goods will

be insured against damages. You should always check with your local

council if you need a permit for a hoisting device.

The price for the hoisting device is of €35 for 1st hour and €25 for each hour

thereafter. Ask your Customer Care Associate for details when setting the

delivery appointment.

Returns PolicyThe furniture is to be inspected by the Buyer upon delivery and any claims

which might arise are to be notifi ed to the company within 24 hours from

delivery. No claims will be entertained by the Company after 24-hour period

elapses. No returns are accepted for customized orders.
