The International Trade Fair of Hotel and Catering Equipment HORECA®
is one of the most important events in the catering and hotel industry in Poland. It combines a multi-topic formula with the valuable accompanying agenda of theHORECA® and ENOEXPO®Knowledge Academy, with carefully selected special guestsand a culinary show in the unique Masters Kitchen.
In the same place and time the comprehensive offer for hotel and restaurant is pre-sented: equipment for interior, reception, kitchen but also food and wine from allaround the world. This is the place where HoReCa industry meets to present no-velties and create trends for next season. The event is organised together withInternational Wine Trade Fair in Krakow ENOEXPO®, which is the only professionalmeeting of producers and importers of wine with HoReCa sector.

I am parti-cularly impressed by the cateringequipment presented at the HORECA® is a place where youcan forge important contacts anddecide what products to buy. I'msure the trade fair will be of inte-rest to anyone beginning their career in the HoReCa industry, especially if at first they lack thenecessary experience. You can get some very good advice here.

Fair:
he HORECA® trade fair is visited by over 15 000 guests professionally associatedwith the catering, hotel and wine industries from all over Poland, as well as from Slo-vakia, the Czech Republic and Ukraine. What is more, 75% of them are people responsible for shopping decision in their companies. The HORECA® trade fair isa prestigious event with many years of history, able to attract specific visitors thanksto comprehensive promotion, while Krakow is one of the Polish cities with the greatestimpact on the development of the HoReCa sector.
Our decision to attend in HORECA® was dictated by market analysis, which indicatedthat this is a trade fair worth investing in. We expected a large turnout and we were not disappointed.
