Human behavior insights – core

to our training Human behavior insights are fundamental to our approach to education. These insights allow individuals to better understand themselves and their team.

We break these human behaviors into three sections and integrate them in learning modules to help individuals understand and best utilise their leadership and management approach.

1. HOW we behave and communicate – measured through DISCThis insight allows attendees to understand how their behaviourinfluences their approach to problems and challenges, as well as how they can best approach interactions with their team.

2. WHY we are motivated to take action – mmeasured through Motivators questioningThese motivator insights allow us to understand how to motivate ourselves and others.

3. DO they utilise emotional intelligence? – Measured through Emotional QuotientHighly developed emotional intelligence is one of the most sought after skills in business. This insight allows attendees to understand their emotional quotient and how it influences others.

Human behavior insights can be delivered as a stand alone course.

If desired - Prior to commencing the Diploma of Leadership and Management, each individual can receive a questionnaire, designed to measure their behavioral preferences.
