K-PAX RACING IS THE OFFICIAL RACE TEAM OF VOLVO CARS OF NORTH AMERICA. K-PAX Racing is the official race team of Volvo Cars of North America. Established in 2007 with the intention to capture the World Challenge Championship in the GT class for Volvo, the team succeeded in its mission in 2010. Along the way and since then, the K-PAX Racing Team has captured 21 wins, 25 pole positions, 3 driver’s championships, 2 manufacturers championships and 1 team championship.

C30 GT REAR TURNING SIGNAL BULBSIncludes two clear rear turn-signal bulbs that light-up with an amber glow similar to the OEM bulbs. Installed, these bulbs give the car a cleaner look, eliminating the amber reflections that are prominent with the standard bulb. Available for C30, S40, V50 and C70.MSRP: $75 plus installation

Headquartered in Sunnyvale, California, K-PAX Performance Cars works closely with our racing

partners including Pirelli, BBS, Brembo, JRZ, 3R Racing, Borla and Volvo to develop a complete line of performance components with the knowledge derived from racing.

To set ourselves apart, all of our components are designed and tested to provide maximum performance when utilized together. As such, most of our products are sold as complete packages and not as individual parts.

Aside from our line of pure Racing Products, all of our components are sold as installed items that must be installed by an Authorized Volvo Retailer.

K-PAX Performance Cars provides a factory-

matching 5-year/60,000 mile limited warranty on all its components.

Customers who purchase any K-PAX Racing branded product are direct financial contributors to the K-PAX Racing Team as all profits go towards keeping our Volvo’s the most competitive on the racing circuits of North America.

DEVELOPED IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE TEAM AT K-PAX RACING, this limited edition Volvo is the ultimate performance package for the 2011 and newer C30 R-Design. Every upgraded component has been developed to work cohesively with each other to achieve the best performing Volvo C30 on the market.

Extensive testing was conducted not only to ensure overall performance but also to ensure that the C30 GT would be an enjoyable every-day driver. For us, building a fast racecar is relatively easy, the real challenge is maintaining the performance whilst being-

able to deliver a pleasant, supple and quiet driving environment. This C30 GT is a clear demonstration that we have succeeded.

C30 GT K-PAX Racing Edition is a limited edition, dealer-installed package, available only on new vehicles that have yet to be delivered. There will only be 25 examples available, each individually numbered between 1 and 25. The GT Package is available for both automatic and manual transmissions, albeit the latter comes with an adjustable 280hp track-only software upgrade and reinforced polyurethane engine bushings.

K-PAX RACING AIR-INTAKE SYSTEMEliminates the standard airbox and replaced with this in-house developed system. Air is taken from the left-front bottom grille requiring the removal of the fog-light or existing plastic grille. Unlike other inferior “after-market” systems this design takes into account the placement of the temperature-sensitive ECU by allowing a similar mounting situation as the OEM box, allowing ambient air to cool the electronics. Improves overall air-flow and intake temperatures. Comes with a high-flow filter and installation instructions. Custom-made to order.MSRP: $3000

JRZ COIL-OVER SUSPENSIONHighly advanced coil-over suspension developed in conjunction with our racing partner JRZ, specifically for the Volvo C30. MSRP: $4500

JRZ COIL-OVER RACING SUSPENSIONThis is a highly advanced coil-over suspension developed and used on our C30 Racers. The system has multiple settings for the ultimate track set-up.MSRP: $15000

C30 INTERCOOLERThis intercooler improves efficiency over the standard unit. It decreases intake temps whilst maintaining safe engine and oil temperatures during aggressive driving. Comes complete with all necessary hoses. Requires minimal alteration to existing mounting points. Available for 2011 and newer C30 and C70. This is the exact same unit used in our C30 Racers.MSRP: $900

BREMBO GT BRAKE UPGRADEDue to series regulations (and sponsors) in the WC Touring Class, this is not the system we use on our C30 racecar but the system we would like to use. Complete replacement of the front calipers, brake lines, rotors, as well as front pads. Requires some modifications. MSRP: $2500

BREMBO RACE BRAKE FLUIDVery high boiling point designed for race applications. Requires to be changed at least every 6 months during regular driving or after each race/track day. Complete refill requires 3 bottles.MSRP: $45 per bottle

K-PAX RACING HIGH-PERFORMANCE “TRACK-ONLY” SOFTWAREThis software upgrade is optimized for the GT perfor-mance exhaust system. This is not the same software we use on the racecars (as that system eliminates a number of crucial systems needed on a street vehicle). However, this software is not certified for road-use and may reduce the life-span of your vehicles drivetrain. As with all of our “race” products this software upgrade does not come with a warranty and should be used at your own risk. Comes with a handheld unit from an experienced automotive hardware manufacturer that enables the user to switch between the stock and upgraded software within minutes.MSRP: $1600
