GROWTH IN VITALITY People in Kouvola can enjoy spacious housing. The city is an uncongested and secure network of the city centre and regional centres. Individual residen-tial areas and regional centres are of interest to new inhabitants, people returning to Kouvola and telecommuters. Commuting is part of a natural and easy everyday life. Students like it in the centre, and you can often hear a happy laughter in the centre.
