Quality Circle Forum of India, Koraput Chapter has pleasure in

Extending warm invitation to all the institutional members, Individual Members & QC members to participate in the 23rd

Chapter Convention on Quality Concepts. This event will be an excellent platform for presenting the best of the work

done by various quality practicing organizations. It will be an

unique opportunity for all of us to share our experience & learn.

We look forward to your whole hearted support and participation to make this event successful, meaningful and memorable one.

Objective of this Convention

This will be a forum for interaction and sharing of knowledge

and ideas on Quality Circle and Other allied concepts such as

TPM, 5-S, Six Sigma, Kaizen, Poka-yoke.

To learn and understand practical aspects of Quality Concept better.

This Convention will help the team for participating in the

National Convention to be held at Pune in 19th to 22nd December 2014. It will provide an opportunity to bring out creativity in its best form through Posters, Presentations & Visual displays.

It will provide “Recognition” and “Encouragement‟ to members

of Quality Concepts.

Member Organizations & Organizations where Quality Circle &

allied projects on 5 -„S‟, Kaizen, TPM, Six-Sigma, QS/TS etc.

are active are eligible to participate and present their case

studies. Non members can participate by enrolling as delegate

members.

details , QC / Teams name clearly while sending entries

COMPETITION GUIDELINES

Case study Presentation

Presentation can be in English, Hindi or Oriya.

Maximum 15 minutes will be allowed to present a case study

on Quality Concepts ( plus 5 minutes for Questions and

Answers )

Multimedia projector and a table for model display will be

provided

There will be presentation on the following Quality Concepts:

1. Quality Circles

2. TPM

3. Kaizen

4. Six Sigma

5. Poka Yoke

6. 5-S

7. Lean Quality Circles

8. Any other Allied team concepts

RECOGNITION

Based on the Evaluation, the participating Teams will be given

Trophies (Gold, Silver, or Bronze) along with participation

Certificates.

The Team who score 71% and above

The Team who score 61% to 70%

The Team who score 51% to 60 %
