THE PROBLEM: Fabricators use a variety of methods to separate multiple parts from a sheet of material. A frequently used method places small tabs between parts by programming the spacing of a slitting punch. While the tabs keep the parts intact during punching, they can be difficult to remove and often leave rough or sharp edges that usually require a secondary operation to remove.

THE MATE SOLUTION: Using a Mate EasySnap™ tool (below) solves these issues because it allows you to build in a way to snap parts out of sheet metal without using a slitting or punching tool. EasySnap allows fabricators to simply snap punched components out of sheet metal by hand, making life much easier. Since EasySnap leaves a clean, smooth edge, there is no need for secondary operations. EasySnap uses a V-line stencil machined onto the face of the upper and lower tools. As the tools penetrate the sheet, they create a line of weakness (snap-line) in both surfaces of the sheet metal. The sheet metal can then be snapped apart by bending the material along the snap-line. The actual depth of penetration and force required to snap the part is dependent on the ductility and thickness of the material being punched. It also keeps parts removal easy since the parts simply snap off the sheet.

PRIPOROČILA IN REŠITVEZA PREBIJANJE

M4PM™ orodno jeklo za najboljše rezultate s Trumpf Style orodji MATE

Pri Mate-u so se proti koncu lanskega leta odločili, da kupcem Trumpf orodij ponudijo samo najboljše. Zato večino orodij, ki so bila v preteklosti iz materiala HSS M2 sedaj izdelujejo iz materiala M4PM™. To vključuje:

Cene orodij so kljub izdelavi iz boljšega orodnega jekla enake!

Vse ostale standardne prebijače v Mate-u še naprej izdelujejo iz materiala HSS M2. Material HSS M2 je zelo dobro odporen proti obrabi. Glavne prednosti orodnega jekla M4PM™ pa so še boljša odpornost proti obrabi in večja trdnost. Vse to se odraža na tem da orodja iz materiala M4PM™ zdržijo 2-4x več prebijanj, kot orodja iz običajnih orodnih jekl HSS. Standardne matrice v MATE-u izdelu-jejo iz materiala A2.

V grafih na desni je prikazana primerjava obstojnosti orodja med prebijači iz materiala M4PM™, HSS in ostalimi materiali. Iz grafov izhaja da so Trumpf orodja iz materiala M4PM™ za 50% in več bolj odporna proti obrabi kot orodja iz običajnih orodnimi jekli, ki jih uporabljajo drugi proizvajalci.

PONUDBA PREBIJALNEGA ORODJAZA PREBIJALNE STROJE TRUMPF

Mate ima v svoji ponudbi celovito paleto orodij in orodnih sistemov zasnovanih za izdelavo kakršnih koli oblik in deformacij na vašem Trumpf prebijalnem stroju.

Glede na vaše zahteve in potrebe so na voljo trije standardni sistemi orodij: (1) MATE Trumpf Stlye orodja, (2) MATE QuickLock™ orodja, ter (3) MATE Next™ orodja.

MATE Trumpf Stlye1. orodja so standardno na-domestno orodje za prebijalne stroje Trumpf.

Orodje vključuje celoten razpon Trumpf prebijačev, matric, snemalcev, smirnih obročev in dodat-kov; vse odlikujejo visoke tolerance, izdelani pa so iz vrhunskega orodnega jekla, ki je garant za zmogljivost in vzdržljivost orodja.

Na voljo so tudi Minimatic ter HavyDuty orodja, orodja in Multitool-i 5 in 10, ter orodja za Multi-tool-e 4 in 6.

MATE QuickLock™2. orodja so oblikovana tako, da omogočajo hitrejšo namestitev orodja.

Mate QuickLock™ prebijači so opremljeni z po-ravnalnim pinom. Univerzalni smirni obroč pa ima utor za pin prebijača, ki omogoča poravnavo prebijačev brez uporabe zato namenjenega po-ravnalnega držala. Uporablja pa se lahko tako za SIZE 1 in SIZE 2 velikosti Trumpf prebijalnega orodja.

MATE Next™3. orodje je insertno orodje, ki omogoča daljšo življenjsko dobo ter posledično nižje stroške prebijanja.

Insertni sistem Next™ sestavljajo držalo za insert-ne prebijače, izmenljiv insertni prebijač in pre-cizna podložka.

Next™ držalo za insertne prebijače združuje funkcijo običajnega vpetja prebijača in smernega obroča v en sestav. Omogoča natančno porav-navo orodja in enostavno in hitro nameščanje in-sertnih prebijačev.

Z uporabo Next™ preciznih podložk, ki jih names-timo med prebijač in držalo po tem ko odbrusi-mo 3 mm materiala, izmenljivi insertni prebijači omogočajo povečanje življenjske dobe med brušenji. Ker precizna podložka vrne prebijač na prvotno pozicijo, zamenjava z novim še ni potreb-na.

Poleg standardnih orodij so v ponudbi tudi slitting orodja, in sicer; (4) Mate Eurostyle™ orodja in (5) Mate Longlife™ orodja.

MATE Eurostyle™ 4. orodja za razrez so zasno-vana za natančen in hiter razrez oziroma odrez pločevine s Trumpf prebijalnimi stroji. Zaradi posebnih značilnosti orodja ni stranskih obre-menitev in deformacij, ki se sicer lahko pojavijo pri odrezu s standardnim orodjem na prebijal-nem stroju. Mate Eurostyle™ omogoča kontro-liran razrez tudi ko gre za delno prebijanje. Ker je orodje vodeno v primerjavi z standardnim (ne-vodenim) orodjem zdrži do trikrat dlje.

Mate Eurostyle™ orodja niso primerna za novejše modele Trumpf prebijalnih strojev (Tru-matic TC 500 in novejši).

MATE Longlife™5. orodja za razrez so zasnova-na za zagotavljanje najboljših rezultatov. Ker je orodje OEM kompatibilno je primerno tudi za novejše Trumpf prebijalne stroje. Orodje je izdelano iz visoko kakovostnega orodnega jekla M4PM™. Mate Longlife™ vključujejo naslednje sestavne dele: inserni prebijač, držalo prebijača, matrico in vstavke za matrico. Na voljo v štirih oblikah: pravokotnik, oval, trapezoid in pra-vokotnik z izsekom v obliki »lastovičjega repa«.
