Ova familija pumpi primenjuje se u zatvorenim hidrauličkim sistemima servoupravljanja na motornim vozilima, ali može da ima primenu i u drugim hidrauličkim sistemima. Ove pumpe se pokreću pogonskim motorom preko odgovarajuće spojnice, zupčanika, remenice ili vratila kompresora. Kod pogona pumpe obratiti pažnju na sledeće: - Kod pogona preko remenice ili zupčanika treba imati u vidu da je mogućnost nošenja radijalnih sila ograničena, pa je potrebno konsultovati proizvođača. - Kod pogona preko kompresora prenos obrtnog momenta sa vratila kompresora na vratilo pumpe treba da se ostvaruje spojnicom koja dozvoljava vrlo mala odstupanja u saosnosti. - Obrtanje pumpe sme da bude samo u naznačenom smeru. - Pumpu ugraditi tako da joj usisni vod bude ispod nivoa rezervoara iz koga usisava radnu tečnost, a vod za usisavanje je preporučljivo da bude što kraći i sa što manje krivina. Apsolutni pritisak u usisnom vodu sme da bude najmanje 0,85 bar pri temperaturi od 50°C, s tim da se ne prekorači viskozitet od 27 mm / s . - Ako se koristi pumpa bez ugrađenog ventila za ograničenje pritiska, isti treba predvideti posebno ili ga ugraditi u hidraulički servoupravljač ( u hidrauličkom sistemu ne smeju da se nađu dva ventila sigurnosti ). 2 OPIS PUMPE KONSTANTNOG PROTOKA ZA SERVOUPRAVLJANJE This family of pumps is mainly applied to closed-loop hydraulic servo steering system on motor vehicles, but it can also be applied to other hydraulic system.
