THE INTERNATIONAL WINTER ROAD CONGRESS and the accompanying trade fair is the one of the largest and most important events of the road industry in the world. Since 1969 the congress has been organised every four years by the World Road Associat ion (PIARC). Every t ime this event takes place in a different part of the world. In 2018 the Congress and the Fair wi l l take place in Gdańsk at the AMBEREXPO Exhibit ion and Convention Centre. Attending the congress wi l l be experts, scient ists, as wel l as practit ioners from companies deal ing with the problems of road maintenance in winter.
