Korrosionsschutz für Kombirollen: ATC-Beschichtung

Die ATC-Beschichtung ist eine extrem harte, dichte, präzise,sehr dünne und hochreine Chrombeschichtung, die auf alleMetalle (ausgenommen Magnesium, Titan, Aluminium unterVorbehalt) durch ein hochenergetisches Verfahren abgeschie-den wird. Da der Prozeß durch besondere Technik mit gerin-ger Wärme weit unter 100° C abläuft, ergibt sich keine struk-turelle Veränderung der zu beschichtenden Materialien.

Vorteile der ATC-Beschichtung:Korrosionsbeständigkeit, Dauerverschleißfestigkeit

ATC-beschichtete Lager sind dauerhaft gegen Korrosion undVerschleiß geschützt. Neben einer hervorragenden Oxy-dationsbeständigkeit bekommen die veredelten Oberflächenein verbessertes Finish.

Chromdichte und OberflächenhärteATC-Beschichtungen bestehen aus über 99% reinem Chrom.Die Schichthärte beträgt mindestens 72 HRC.

Höhere Lebensdauer durch niedrigeren ReibungskoeffizientenDie sehr guten Gleiteigenschaften der ATC-Beschichtungreduzieren die Reibung und erhöhen dadurch die Lebens-dauer.

Anwendungen

Corrosion protection for Combined Bearings: ATC-coating

ATC-armoloy is a low temperature, multistate metal finishingprocess based from chrome-plating technology. Unlike con-ventional chrome-plating processes, ATC-armoloy utilizes pro-prietary chemical solutions and application processes thatare carefully monitored to produce its thin dense chromiumcoating which follows the exact contours of the basis metalwith accurate deposit thickness.

Advantage of the ATC-coating:Resists corrosion, longer life

The inherently hard ATC surface is corrosion-resistant. Thesurface of the coated bearings become smoother. ATC coatedsurfaces have a lower coefficient of friction and get no-oxidi-zing.

Chromium coating and hardnessATC coatings consist of 99% pure chromium. The surfaceincrease to 72 HRC hardness.

Longer life, lower frictionATC coated surfaces have a lower friction coefficient and anincreased life time.

Sämtliche Stahlprofile sind korrosionsgeschützt in beschich-teter Ausführung lieferbar. Wir liefern Ihre Führungen kom-plett bearbeitet und beschichtet für sofortigen Einbau.

Folgende Verfahren stehen zur Auswahl:

Galvanisch verzinkt

Alle Stahlprofile sind bis 3000 mm Länge in weiß oder gelbverzinkter Ausführung auf Anfrage lieferbar.

Spritzflamm verzinkt

Alle Stahlprofile sind bis 12.000 mm Länge in spritzflammverzinkter Ausführung lieferbar. Komplette Schweißkon-struktionen mit WINKEL Profilen sind unabhängig von denBauabmessungen in spritzflamm verzinkter Ausführung liefer-bar. Während des Auftragungsprozesses entsteht eine hoch-wertige Schutzschicht, die galvanischen Zinküberzügen über-legen ist. Die aufgetragene Schichtdicke beträgt zwischen 0,1und 0,3 mm je nach Anwendung ob für Land- oderMeeresatmosphäre. Ein weiterer Vorteil ist, dass bei Verwendung von Kombirollendie Zinkschicht auf der Lauffläche nicht abplatzt.

All steel profiles with lengths up to 3000 mm are available inwhite or yellow galvanized version on request.

Plasma galvanizing

All steel profiles with lengths up to 12,000 mm are availablein plasma galvanized version. Completely welded construc-tions with our profiles are available in coated version, inde-pendent from their size. Plasma galvanized surfaces aresuperior to normal zinc coatings. The thickness of the coa-tings vary from 0,1 to 0,3 mm dependent of the use in land-or offshore atmosphere.The usage of Combined Bearings on the raceway do not crackoff the coating.

Allgemeine Hinweise

Sonderausführungen

Bei Kombirollen der Reihe (PR) 4.072 (P) bis (PR) 4.080 (P) sind Sonderbolzen möglich.

Kombirollen für Temperaturen bis 250° Csiehe Serie HT, Seite 22.

Standardausführungen für -20° bis +80° C Einsatztemperatur.

Dimensionierung

Bei der Dimensionierung von Rolle und Profil ist die maximal zulässige Belastung F [N] max. stat. zu beachten. Siehe Seite16.

Verarbeitung

Beim Einschweißen von Kombirollen derenAußendurchmesser kleiner als 100 mm ist,müssen die Lagerteile demontiert werden.

Nach der Lagermontage oder Justierung müssen die Befestigungsschrauben wieder mit Loctite gesichert werden.

Um Spannungsrisse beim Einschweißen zu vermeiden, sollten ausschließlich Stabelektroden für unlegierte Stähle bzw. Fülldraht verwendet werden.Z.B. Stabelektrode E 51 55 B10 nach DIN 1913z.B. Fülldraht S 62 M2 Y 42 43 nach DIN 8559/8575

Special designs

Special bolts are available for Combined Bearings of type (PR) 4.072 (P) to (PR) 4.080 (P).

Combined Bearings for temperatures up to 250° Csee series HT, page 22.

Standard Combined Bearings are resistant from -20° to +80° C.

Dimensions

For the dimension of bearing and profile, the maximum allowable load F [N] max. stat. should be confirmed. See page 16.

Working up

For welding operations on Combined Bearings with adiameter less than 100 mm, all bearing componentsmust be disassembled.

After the assembling of the bearings, or after the adjusting operation, the front side screws should be secured with loctite.

To avoid cracks in the welded joints please use welding electrodes and coreweld for unalloyed steel.For example E 7018-1 AWS/ASME SFA-5.1For example E 71 T -1 AWS/ASME SFA-5.20

Jumbo Combined Bearings should be welded on bothsides of the bolt.

The guide ways in the profiles should be lightly greased and not painted.
