KOBLIHY (DOUGHNUTS) I was frying them one
afternoon and my sister was helping me and taking
pictures.
INGREDIENTS FOR DOUGH
• 3 cups flour• 1 1/2 spoon oil• 1 spoon sugar• 1 cup milk• 1 egg• a pinch salt
INGREDIENTS FOR
LEAVENING• 40 g yeast• half cup lukewarm
milk• 1 spoon sugar• a bit of flour
SUGAR
OIL
MILK
FLOUR
EGGYEAST
INGREDIENTS FOR DECORATING
• Marmalade• Milk• Sugar• Curd

How was I cooking?
• Put the yeast,a spoon of milk,a half of a cup of lukewarm milk in a dish.
• Mix everything. Then let it rise. (cca 10 minutes)

• Add all the ingredients – the flour,oil, sugar, milk, egg and a pinch of salt.
• Work up a smooth dough.

• Cover the dough with a cloth.
• Leave it to rise.
• Make small round cakes on a floured rolling board.
• In the centre of the cakes make dimples.

•Fry the cakes in a large saucepan for about 4 minutes on each side.
• In the end put jam or whipped cream into the dimples, decorate with powdered sugar.
