THE DUTCH

The Dutch is an American restaurant, bar and oyster room inspired by local

cafés, country inns, corner taverns, neighborhood bistros, seaside shacks,

roadside joints and the same mix of cultural inuences that make Miami Beach

great. Award-winning Chef Andrew Carmellini’s roots-inspired American menu

features fresh sh and shellsh, choice meats, local produce and the best of

what’s around. Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner daily, the high-ceilinged

170-seat indoor-outdoor restaurant and oyster bar designed by Meyer Davis

Studio is outtted with light oak oors, white painted brick walls, a zinc-top

liquor bar and driftwood beams overhead making for a light, airy space that lls

with daily bustle and ow. It is a comfortable, casual environment betting any

occasion. Our private dining room is appointed with an 16-person mahogany

table, ethereal linen curtains and linear wine shelves that scale the walls from

oor to ceiling. The Dutch is available for booking breakfast, lunch and dinner

events for 15 to 200 people.

GROV E

Lush landscaping, luxurious furniture and soothing lounge music make the

Grove the ultimate place for hanging out, mingling and enjoying the warm

Miami sun. Or, take in the cool night air under sensual lanterns and enjoy the

music from the pool or from WALL. The Grove is the ideal refuge for eating,

drinking and enjoying the outdoors. There’s no better watering hole in South

Beach. Make it yours for the night with KNR.

Developed by conceptual landscape artist Paula Hayes in collaboration with

Anna Busta, the Grove was inspired by the many beautiful gardens found in

Provence. Designed to transport guests into another world, this serene garden

features winding paths amongst the swamp lily and owering grasses, lanterns

from the late 19th Century, sheets of poetry suspended from sea grape trees

and 1920s-era objects discovered in French ea markets.

Miami is all about the outdoor experience, and WET’s is one you won’t soon

forget. Throw the event of the century surrounding W South Beach’s dramatic,

120-square-foot pool. Our space can be customized to accommodate multi-

media events, live music, fashion shows or beach galas. Private entry is available

for ultimate control. For more intimate gatherings, flock to one of our private

cabanas fully equipped with flat-screen TV’s, high-speed internet and even a

private outdoor shower.

Get past the velvet ropes, walk through the beveled bronze doors, and give

your guests the ultimate VIP experience. The gold-and-black motif radiates

glamour and edge, and offers a layer of seduction by way of dark and textured

walls. WALL’s unique and open design allows for a constant flow of partiers

and dancing into the late morning hours. Designed by Studio B’s Anna Busta,

the central area features two signature gold leather couches arranged in easily

accessible rows. The back bar displays feature large LED backlit picture frames

made from mirror that incorporate WALL’s signature diamond motif into the

space. The DJ booth is optimally located in the center of the room facing the

main bar. However, the “pièce de résistance” is the 35-inch spherical Raimond

chandelier, an exquisite new creation from the Dutch design house Moooi.

Designed by Raimond Puts for Moooi in the Netherlands, Moooi’s Raimond

Light is a sparkling sphere containing hundreds of LED lights that will replace

the central mirror disco ball.

Since opening in July 2009, WALL has been the choice venue for Miami’s

most coveted events such as the Creative Artists Agency (CAA) Super Bowl

XLIV party, hosting top athletes and A-list celebrities. Vito Schnabel, Stavros

Niarchos and Alex Dellal’s Art Basel Miami fete placed WALL at the center of

the art and design world.
