Responsive Psalm 89: 1-9

I will sing of your steadfast love, O Lord, forever, with my mouth I will proclaim your faithfulness to all generations. Your steadfast love is established forever, your faithfulness is firm as the heavens. You had said, “I have made a covenant with my chosen one, I have sworn to David my servant: “I will establish your descendants forever, and build your throne for all generations.” Let the heavens praise your wonders, O Lord, your faithfulness in the assembly of the holy ones. For who in the skies can be compared to the Lord? Who among the heavenly beings is like the Lord, a God feared in the council of the holy ones, great and awesome above all who are present? O Lord God of hosts, who is as mighty as you are, O Lord? Your faithfulness surrounds you. You rule the raging of the sea; when its waves rise, you still them.

Psalms for Praise and Worship by John Holbert, S. T. Kimbrough, Jr., and Carlton R. Young

6 Anthem

The Prayer By C. Sager & D. Foster

We pray You’ll be our eyes, and watch us where we go, and teach us to be wise in times when we don’t know. Let this be our prayer when we lose our way. Lead us to a place, guide us with Your grace to a place where we’ll be safe. We pray we’ll find Your light, and hold in our hearts as darkness falls each night, remind us where You are. Let this be our prayer, when shadows fill our day. Lead us to a place, guide us with Your grace. Give us faith so we’ll be safe. Lead us, Lord, lead us in Your righteousness; make Your way plain for us to see. Lead us, Lord, lead us in Your righteousness; make Your way plain for us to see. We pray we’ll find Your light, and hold it in our hearts as darkness falls each night, remind us where You are. Let this be our prayer, just like ev’ry child needs to find a place, guide us with Your grace. Give us faith so we’ll be safe. Lead us to a place, guide us with Your grace, to a place where we’ll be safe. Lead us, Lord.

Anthem

Give God the Glory By G.F. Handel & Arr. H.H. Hopson

Give God the glory, all lands and people. Give God the glory. Join hearts, be joyful, O sing forth, be joyful. Sing forth the song; Join hearts, be joyful, sing forth the song. Give God the glory, Give God the glory, all lands and people, all lands and people. Give God the glory, all lands and people, all lands and people. Join hearts, be joyful, join hearts, be joyful, sing forth the song. All lands and people. Join hearts, be joyful, sing forth the song.
