Knowledge Management Simple Definition of Knowledge Management
(KM)
KM simply means to managing the ideas, knowing the subject
matterclearly and sharing the knowledge among the

KM comprises range of strategies and practices used in
anorganization to identify, create, represent, distribute, and
enableadoption of insights and experiences. Such insights and
experiencescomprise knowledge, either embodied in individuals or

Action research is known by many other names,including
participatory research, collaborative inquiry,
emancipatory research, action learning, andcontextural action
research, but all are variations on atheme.
Action research is learning by doing - a group of
people identify a problem, do something to resolve it,see how
