ChallengesOvercoming high variety and incompatibility of different certifications (IFC, BIM standards) , dynamic and static factors (HVAC, BMS, occupant behavior, sensors, complex interactions)Integrate the new standardized Industry Foundation Classes (IFC) to the final solutionFind the best balance between semantic models development and automization.
