Overview!

The clan system is one of the most important and overlooked aspects of Sokan. t is !enerally the firste"perience that any of the members have #ithin Sokan$ and it can make or break a members opinion

about #hether to stay or not. This bein! said it is crucial for Sokan as a #hole to make this aspect one

of the most e"citin! and beneficial times in a members ten-year in Sokan.

t is my personal opinon that durin! this time$ after an nitiate !oes throu!h the Ceremony and before

he%she becomes a &ada#an that they have the opportunity to taste as much of #hat #e can offer aspossible. To me this means each one of our clan members !ets to participate in a 'orld (oss kill$ 'ar

Zonin!$ 'orld &vp$ and )&. Much of this is easily found #ithin the &ada#an Trials themselves$ but it is

our *ob as Masters #ithin this !uild$ to brin! it to life and make it an epic e"perience for everyone

involved. n the follo#in! sections you #ill find a break do#n of the Clan System and the skeleton forho# it should function.

The system itself is rather simple. There are a fe# core outlined re+uirements of each of the fourschools$ but beyond that each of the schools runs and mana!es itself individually. ,ach member of the

School reports to the Master of the Clan$ and the Master of the Clan$ in turn$ reports to the ni!hts of

Sokan Council. deally$ the Master of the Clan$ #ould be a member of Sokan$ or the Master rank$ #hois passionate and loyal to the !uild$ and is /T a Council Member.

,ach one of the Clans of Sokan has a personality and individuality all to itself. ,ach is an elite$ uni+ueand e"clusive !roup that is built by and run by Masters of each of the four 0edi classes. )espectively$

they each have different initiation ceremonies$ meetin!s$ lore$ missions$ and philosophies.

To be rank Master in the elite fi!htin! order that is The ni!hts of Sokan is a !reat honor and

responsibility. t means that you kno# #hat your are talkin! about and ho# to help better the !uild. 0ust

as it is the responsibility of each ni!ht to take a &ada#an$ it is in turn$ the responsibility of eachMaster to make sure that the Clan-members in his or her school$ pro!ress and learn #hat it means to be

a 0edi. Masters are the elite of the elite #hich means they should easily be able to train and help ne#

members. ,ach Clan of Sokan$ #ill be besto#ed a Master of the Clan and that Master #ill beresponsible for the re+uirements presented belo#. 1urthermore$ he or she #ill be able to allocate and

dele!ate responsibilities as he or she sees fit to each of the other members of the Clan$ first and

foremost to the other Masters.
