Knights in Training Day
Join us at Windsor Castle on Saturday, 2 September and realise your dream of becoming a knight!
After marvelling at the sight of two medieval knights on horseback, enjoy a historic falconry display or get hands-on by jousting on a hobby horse, learning some sword skills or trying a helmet on for size. With live period music, craft demonstrations, storytelling, art and craft, and even a medieval fool, there will be something to please all the family.
Once you have completed your knights' training, you will be eligible for a dubbing ceremony in St George's Chapel and presented with a medal.
This exciting day will also feature Bach to Baby concerts for under 5s in the Moat Garden, spaces to picnic, acro jugglers and the chance to meet serving soldiers, who will be accompanied by a tank!
