Important FeaturesThis bi-directional sealed Knife Gate Valve has the seal integrated in the body. This guarantees an elastic seat and a long service life. The design of the blade has special high finished corners at the sealing surfaces. This ensures around the sealing area a permanent, tight shut-off will be maintained with all different types of operation.

Features and benefits

The rubber valve seat is embedded reinforcing ring and will guarantee safe operation under difficult working condition.

No seat cavity where solids can collect.

The rubber valve seat and stainless steel knife gate will be replaceable and will safe service cost.

No metal parts will be in contact with the abrasive media by open knife gate.

The operation version are interchangeable to be modified for different operation version without any welding.

The rubber seat lining will be wear resistant and has a long service life.

This Knife Gate Valve is mainly been used for process controlled application in slurries, residue discharges, sewage and urban treatment industries.

Features and benefits

1 Bi-directional sealing version with two metal seal rings be placed in the valve seat.

2 The port of valve is in one line of pipeline and by fully open position with low resistance to flow.

3 Very well tightness by stable performance and without any vibration or annoyingly noise.

4 Soft sealing o-rings with moveable seats taking care about the abrasion resistance by extending the service life.

5 Different sealing versions as Metal-, PTFE- and EPDM seat designs are available for various process conditions.

6 Independent seat retainer do stabilize the seats.
