Your choice of warmed Organic Weleda Massage Oils are used in this bespoke treatment focusing on areas of tension, with pressure tailored to your individual requirements.

Back, Neck, Shoulders, Face & Scalp 45 minutes £40

A gentle and relaxing massage of the bodies key stress zones - the back, neck, shoulders and face. Warmed organic oils are softly brushed over the face in preparation for a pressure point massage and de-stress scalp treatment.

Deep Tissue 30 minutes £30 1 hour £50 1 hour 15 mins £60

A bespoke massage tailored to suit your individual requirements and that focuses on specific problem areas. Perfect for sufferers of tension, this massage is very effective in relieving stress, tiredness and even chronic pain. The techniques used stimulate and invigorate the body’s deep muscle tissues helping to iron out stress.

A soothing total body treatment that uses a blend of massage techniques from around the world. Your body is lightly brushed, before warmed organic oils are used to massage the entire body. This treatment also includes a facial pressure point massage and relaxing scalp treatment.

Specialist MassageTarget Back Pain30 minutes £30 45 minutes £40 1 hour £50

This deep tissue massage is specifically designed for releasing pain and tension in tight, stressed and aching muscles. Using forearms and when necessary elbows, stretching, draining and cross muscle fibre techniques are combined with warmed Weleda Arnica Massage Oil and steamed compresses to leave your muscles feeling warm and flexible.

Thai Herbal1 hour 15 minutes £65

Thai Herbal Massage combines the healing effects of traditional Eastern massage techniques with steamed herbal compresses. The compresses contain a blend of over 14 traditional aromatic Thai herbs to simultaneously relax and invigorate the mind and body. This treatment purifies, relaxes, warms, relieves aches andpains and improves the skin’s condition whilst stimulating the senses.

LaStone1 hour 15 minutes £65

LaStone is the original hot and cold stone massage based on the traditional healing practices of the Native American Indians. Warmed volcanic rocks and cooled marble stones are used to massage away life’s tensions, creating a state of balance within the body. A wonderfully therapeutic treatment incorporating body, face and scalp.

Cancer Care Massage30 minutes £30 45 minutes £40 1 hour £50

For those living with cancer and its associated treatments, a massage provides a much needed retreat from a very invasive illness. People with cancer or those recovering from its treatment can benefit greatly from a specially adapted massage from a trained Oncology Massage Therapist.

Multiple studies now link specialised massage for people affected by cancer with significant reduction in pain, fatigue, nausea, depression and anxiety. Massage can help lift mood, restore energy and improve ability to sleep. It can also help re-establish a positive body image by restoring the client’s faith in and acceptance of their body in its new state.

Karen trained with the Iris Cancer Partnership - collaborating to provide Oncology Massage Therapy across Scotland and continues to attend their courses to further her knowledge and skills. Karen had the privilege of training with US expert Gayle MacDonald MS, LMT. Gayle is a renowned specialist in oncology massage and is a regular contributor to respected massage journals in the US and author of Massage for the Hospital Patient and Medically Frail Client and Medicine Hands: Massage Therapy for People with Cancer.

A taster facial is the perfect way to experience a taste of Weleda’s natural and holistic approach to skincare.

CACI Non-Surgical Face Lift1 hour £50

CACI is the first treatment system to offer a serious alternative to cosmetic surgery and the results are often dramatic.

The treatment works to lift and redefine facial muscles, restoring the contours of the face and as a result minimising fine lines and wrinkles. An initial course of 10 treatments is required over the course of one month. Thereafter, one CACI monthly is required to maintain the results giving you a fresh faced youthful look.

Ear Candling30 minutes £30

A soothing and relaxing treatment that helps to balance the pressure in the ears, this ancient therapy originates from the Native American Indians. Candling can reduce ear pain from flying and also help unblock the sinuses. The candle gently warms inside the ear canal and produces a ‘chimney effect’ which vaporises and draws up wax from the ear.

Skin Smoothing Salt Scrub & Massage1 hour 15 minutes £65

An exfoliation treatment designed to invigorate and revitalise both the body and mind. The body is brushed and warm aromatic oils are luxuriously poured over the skin. An application of re-mineralising salt is then gently massaged into the skin leaving it deeply cleansed, polished and soft. The hydrating organic body oils leave the skin noticeably soft, glowing, replenished and vibrant.

Moor Mud Envelopment1 hour 15 minutes £65

Moor Mud is formed through the decomposition of plant life in lowland moors in Austria and Hungary. Containing the essence of thousands of herbs, plants, flowers, vitamins, trace elements and minerals it is legendary for its powerful therapeutic properties. This mud is said to improve circulation, strengthen immunity, soothe tired aching muscles and naturally exfoliate and hydrate the skin.
