Description

Klüberplex BE 11-462 is a mineraloil base rolling and sliding bearinggrease with an aluminum complexsoap thickener. It is free from heavymetals and chlorine. This product isresistant to water, offers good wearand corrosion protection, a highload-carrying capacity and verygood adhesion properties.

Application

Klüberplex BE 11-462 is designedfor the lubrication of rolling andsliding bearings as well as forslideways and guideways withina wide temperature range. It isparticularly suitable for use as amulti-purpose grease in the basematerial industry, for lubricationpoints exposed to high loads in theiron and steel industry as well as forthe long-term lubrication of construc-tion machines and earth movers.

Application notes

Klüberplex BE 11-462 can beapplied by grease gun, brush orspatula or via automatic lubricationsystems.

Service temperature range

Klüberplex BE 11-462 can be usedat temperatures between -15 °Cand 150 °C. In the case of totalloss lubrication, temperatures up toapprox. 200 °C are possible,depending on the relubricationintervals. The values indicated areapproximate values depending onthe lubricant’s composition, theintended use and applicationtechnique.
