Background Information:
The six branches of the Kiwanis Family tree consist of K-Kids,
Builder’s Club, Key Club, Circle-K, Kiwanis, and Aktion Club. With
being a part of the different branches provided, we can all provide
service and fundraising opportunities to the Kiwanis Children’s
Foundation and the CNH Foundation. Together we work to better
our communities for the present and future.

PTP Dolls
Materials Needed:
- Cloth for dolls
- Pattern of dolls
- Hot glue
- Tables
PTP Dolls can be donated to local
hospitals, make sure to ask ahead
of time if they are accepting
donations. The donated dolls are
used by doctors to demonstrate
surgeries to their patients.
Project Warmth
Materials Needed:
- Fleece blankets
- Food
- Location
- Scissors
- Cash jar
Find donations of fleece blankets or
make them from fleece by cutting 2-
inch strips around the edged and
tying the strips as decoration. Donate
to the blankets to foster care homes,
emergency, shelters, or hospitals.
Make sure to call ahead of time to
find out what the facilities need!

Service Action
Materials Needed:
- Members
- Business cards
- Cash box/jar
For this event, Key Club members
volunteer their time and services to
be actioned off to a Kiwanis
member. Make “business cards” for
each member (or group of
members) who are actioning their
services, and include: name,
grade, position, etc. Examples of
services are gardening, washing
cars, teaching phone apps, etc.
Lei Making
Materials Needed:
- Ribbon of your choice
To make the leis you will need at
least two pieces of ribbon, each
at least three yards long. You are
able to give back to Kiwanians
and sponsoring Kiwanis clubs by
giving them this present and
other awards as a thank you for
their hard work! Remember to
plan ahead the number of leis
needed and when you will
decide to pass them out!

Trivia Game
Materials Needed:
- Cash box/jar
- Tables
- Trivia questions
- Service coupons
Create trivia out of Key Club facts
that Kiwanians can answer. Have
Kiwanians get into groups of your
choice and have them work
together. If their group answers
wrong, then they have to put a
dollar in the middle of the table.
The group that answers correctly
will earn a service coupon.
Book Sale
Materials Needed:
- Cash box
- Donated books
- Table
- Posters (for advertising)
- Markers
- Price tags/stickers
Have members donate any
books; make sure to check if
they are in good condition. Find
a location and date to host your
book sale and advertise well!
