FIREDon’t leave the kitchen with pots & pans cooking on the stove. Make sure to turn off burners as soon as you take the pot off.

Kitchen Fire Prevention• Keep flammable objects away from the stove. This includes towels (both

cloth and paper), food packaging, or anything else that might catch on fire.

PREVENTING KITCHEN CUTS• Keep Knives sharp• Store Knives Properly• Never Catch a falling Knife• Wash Knives separately• Sweep up broken glasses – use wet paper of towel

to pickup broken pieces instead bare hands

you the space to work when needed.

home, you need to designate a safe area for dangerous kitchen items.
