1refrigeratedpiecrust,thawed14HersheyKissesofchoice,IusedMintTruffletoday1eggwhitewhiskedwith1TbspwaterPowderedsugarfordustingGranulatedsugarforsprinklingbeforebaking

1.Preheatovento350degreesF.Rolloutpiedoughontoalightlyflouredcountertop.Place10kissesaroundtheedgesofpiedough,about21/2inchesapart(asinthephotoabove).Takeakniveandcuta21/23inchcirclearoundkiss.Foldhalfofpiedougharoundtopofdoughandpinchedgearoundtopofkiss.(SeePhoto,step1).Now,foldupbothsidesofremainingdoughuptothetipofthekisspinchingedge.(SeePhoto,step2).Nowpresstogetheredgesandformcrisscrossasshowninphoto,step3.**Continuecuttingdougharoundkissesuntilalldoughisusedup.Igotabout14roundscutwhenIrerolledmyscraps:)**



2.Brushalllittlepieswithaneggwhitewashthensprinklewithgranulatedsugar.At350degrees,bakefor2028minutesoruntillittlepiesaregolden.Removeandletcoolfor5minutesbeforetransferringtocoolingrack.Dusteachwithpowderedsugarandserve.
