Demand at the top end of the Kinross

market has increased as many buyers

find better value in Kinross than in

surrounding suburbs. Well presented homes attract

multiple offers which optimizes the chances of getting

a better than average price. These results can only

be achieved by excellent presentation along with top

class marketing.

As you no doubt are aware, the land bordered by

Lochnagar Way and Macnaughton Drive has reverted

to the ownership of Peet and Co. At the annual

general meeting of the Kinross ratepayers association,

we were given an outline of the future usage of this

land. The original zoning was for a school but will in all

probability be re-zoned to R20 which allows for single

residential units. This land will no doubt be snapped

up when it comes to market as there is very little

available land in Kinross.
