Your new neighbourhoodSurrounded by an extensive range of amenities, exceptional schools, a great choice of shopping, excellent transport links and the many attractions of Chester – Kings View is a wonderful place to call home.

Chester is a treasure, and the more you see of it, the more fascinating it gets. Founded by the Romans in AD 79, it’s one of the best preserved walled cities in Britain. Among its gems is The Rows, a series of medieval covered walkways with entrances to some of the city’s finest shops. Nearby is the largest Roman amphitheatre in Britain, as well as Chester racecourse and Chester Cathedral, founded in 1092 and still a vital cultural hub. Three miles away is Chester Zoo, home to 15,000 animals and 500 different species, some extremely rare. You can also enjoy a ride on a water bus or a monorail.

Located just over a mile from Chester and about nine miles from Wrexham, Kings View enjoys a host of excellent amenities. Nearby Belgrave Primary School and Eccleston Primary School are highly regarded. Queens Park High School is a smaller than average secondary school with a fine reputation. The independent Kings School, founded in 1541, comprises an infant school, junior school, senior school and sixth form. The Catholic High School is a specialist sports and science college.

Shops are abundant. Besides the retail premises in The Rows, there’s a wide variety of outlets. The Grosvenor Shopping Centre in Pepper Street has an excellent range of clothing, electronic and accessory shops. John Lewis At Home and Argos are about a mile out of town at the Greyhound retail park. In Wrexham the Eagles Meadow shopping centre is

terms of space and practicality, take a

Now you’ll probably climb the stairs to sanctuary. That’s how many people think of the bedroom – and as you spend about a third of your life in it, it has to be just right. The Kings View range of homes has four, five and six bedrooms, ranging from palatial master suites to cosy single rooms.

Every master and guest bedroom has either a luxury walk-in wardrobe or built-in wardrobes with sliding doors and shelving. Television points are conveniently positioned in all bedrooms and telephone points in the master bedrooms.

Today the bathroom is as much a place to enjoy as a functional necessity, so we build bathrooms and en-suites with indulgence and pampering in mind including larger showers, rain showers

and chrome heated towel rails in our larger homes.
