An Informal Introduction to Basic Principles of Meditation• Introduction to the concepts and practices of ʻPresenceʼ and ʻAwarenessʼ• Introduction to the concepts and practices of ʻAcceptanceʼ and ʻStillnessʼ• Introduction to the Buddhist concepts of ʻBodhicittaʼ, ʻVipassanāʼ and ʻDharmaʼ

Learning to Meditate (by entering a state of Peace, Presence and Awareness) is facilitated in a Beautiful, Serene and Peaceful Natural Environment. This is because a stimulating environment brings us ʻoutsideʼ of our minds, and we focus on our surroundings. Also, connecting and communing with Nature is a longstanding method of Spiritual Awakening and has been used in teachings for centuries.

This is an Informal Meditation that does Emphasize Obtaining or Learning a SpecificTechnique (it is based on the confluence of numerous techniques). By making Meditation a “Project”, with a “Goal”, we lose the Entire Purpose Behind Meditation (and also it allows the Ego to use Meditation as another method of maintaining Identification with it)
