Kingbell International Co., Ltd. is a group compay in Shanghai, China. The offices are next to

Shanghai Jiaotong University and its factory is located on Shanghai suburbs. Our main

business scope include medical gas pipeline system, medical electronic, precision machining,

intelligent mechatronics technology and IT software development. Up till now, we have more

than 100 excellent employees. Most of them are come from Shanghai Jiaotong University-

one of the five well-known advanced university in China.

the top of Chinese market. And our self-developed nurse all system are also unique in China.

The wiring is simple, The master machine and transmitter machine only be con-

nected by a two-core wire. And it is fast and easy to build the small paging system

The user may carry on the artificial paging through computer software, or carry onthe automatic paging through telephone

MEDICAL BED HEAD UNIT

We have 18 different styles of bed head units for you to choose.

The bed head unit is extruded by 6061# aluminum alloy, and the surface is powdercoated .

Each bed head unit has four cavities for separate the different pipelines. Such asmedical gas pipeline, Strong electricity cable line and weak electricity cable line.

The maximum length of bed head unit is 7 meters, and the standard length is 1.5meter.

Different standards of medical gas outlets, electric sockets and switches are suitablefor our bed head units.

Have complete accessories, can meet all the hospitals' needs.

MEDICAL OXYGEN FLOWMETER

Our medical flow-meter has two types: one is oxygen flowmeter wtith regulator(connect to oxygen cylinder) the other is oxygen flowmete with humidifier (connect tomedical gas outlet).

The body part of our flow-meter is made of 100% brass and be precision manufac-tured.

The flow scale is 0-15L/min. The flow rate is 0-10L/min(adjustable), complying withthe international standard.

The oxygen flow-meter is precisiely manufactured. The flow knob is adjusted by 1440degree spin.

There is pressure relief valve with alarm function. The relief pressure is 0.350.5Mpa.

The bottle material is high quality transparent poly- carbon. No damage happenedunder the test pressure of 1.8Mpa.

We can provide those types: British Standard, American standard, German standard,French standard, Japanese Standard gas outlet.

All the medical gas outlets manufactured complied with the international standard.

The medical gas outlet can be connected to copper pipelines, probe connectors orsoft plastic tube.

British standard and Japanese standard gas outlets can be installed on O2, Air,Vacuum, N2O, CO2 and AGSS pipes.

German standard and French Standard gas outlets can be installed on O2, Air,Vacuum and N2O.

America Standard Outlets have four styles: Ohmeda, Chemetron, Puritan-Bennettand DISS.

MEDICAL GAS ALARM SYSTEM

There are two types for you to choose: digital display type and general type.

Digital display gas alarm system adopt pressure sensor to collect the pressuresignals, and the pressure will be displayed. When there is over or less pressuresituation happen, the alarm will be given.

The general type of gas alarm system adopt the electric-contact pressure gauge toget the touch point signal, also alarm when less or over pressure happens.

Each gas alarm system have press buttons of test and mute, and the 485 outlet isprovided.

The digital-display type gas alarm system can be combined with SMS system.

Each type of gas alarm system have two styles for you to choose: three gas modulestype and seven gas modules type.

SHUT-OFF VALVE BOX

Use high quality stainless steel shut-off valve, stable and reliable

Copper pipe is 22mm diameter, the thickness is 2.5 mm.

The shut-off box is cold rolled steel processed and surface painted.

One shut-off box can install one or two or three kinds of gas pipelines, the size of boxcan be adjusted

Pressure gauge is assembled to indicate the pressure.

MEDICAL GAS MANIFOLD

It adopts high quality regulator and DC24 V anti-explosion electromagnetic valve. steadyand reliable

The gas pipe can be switched fully automatically. The flow rate is up to 30m3/h.

The gas pipe is made of stainless steel with the diameter of 25 mm, thickness is 4mm.

It adopts single integrated circuit to control the changeover. The touch signal is collected

through electric-contact pressure gauge.

It can be combined with SMS system to remind the alarm. It also can be connected with

other device to give alarm signal, such as indicator light and acoustics facilities.

The 485 data port is provided to monitor far distance signal.

VACUUM CONTROL SYSTEM

The control system is used to automatically control two or three vacuum pumps withthe function of start, stop and change-over automatically.

It adopts SIEMENS relay and imported indicator light to ensure the stability.

The signal is collected by electric-contact pressure gauge or pressure switch.

The working mode can be manual, automatic and Emergency stop.

The power supplied is 220V AC. Alarm are available when break down happens.

The dimension is: 400mm*600mm*50mm.

MEDICAL VACUUM STATION AND

AIR-COMPRESSOR STATION

We can provide the system according to your detailed requirements. The standardconfiguration of our air compressor system is oil-less compressor system. Thevacuum pump is rotary vane type.

The system is assembled in KINGBELL, but separated packed for transporting. Theuser can easily assemble the system according to drawings of installation guide.
