KILLEARN LAKES PTO NEWSLETTER November 2019 PRESIDENT’S MESSAGE Happy November KLES Families! The PTO Patron Program is winding down and we are soooo close to reaching our $27,000 goal! If we reach our goal before we leave for Thanksgiving Break, the PTO will provide the ENTIRE school with Kona Ice during Friendsgiving!! What a sweet way to celebrate meeting our goal! Thank you for continuing to be amazing, supportive families! We hope you enjoyed our Blaze Pizza and Sugar Rush Share Nights! We have a really exciting Share Day opportunity coming up on Sunday, November 24th. We are partnering with the FSU School of Theatre for their 2:00 pm performance of “The True Story of the Three Little Pigs”. They will give KLES PTO $5 for every ticket purchased. This is a great opportunity to support your school and see a really fun play. FSU does a great job with their children’s performances and your whole family is sure to have lots of fun. They’ll have a fun arts and crafts project set up prior to the start of the show and they serve ice cream sundaes after the show. Looking forward to seeing everyone there! We hope you all have a wonderful Thanksgiving Break filled with lots of food, fun and family! Allison Hartsfield PTO President YEARBOOK If you take photos of your kids, students, class functions, school events or ANY fun KLES times, please share them with our Yearbook Committee at [email protected]! Please make sure to include the grade or class and/or event information so that we can get them in the correct spot. You can also shoot us an email if you would like more information on how to help this year’s yearbook be incredible for our little cuties. This year we are "Soaring to New Heights" and I am looking forward to a great year of capturing precious memories! I will (and our student most definitely will) appreciate your contribution. Angie Storms Queirolo Yearbook Chair SHARE NIGHTS Mark your calendars for a special Share Night at The School of Theatre at Florida State's performance of The True Story of the Three Little Pigs! This special performance, geared specifically for kids, will take place on Sunday, November 24th at 2:00 pm (this is the first Sunday of Thanksgiving break).
