Kiev, 10 October 2005 Kiev, 10 October 2005 Euro – Atlantic Advisory Team Euro – Atlantic Advisory Team (EAAT) (EAAT) At the request of the GUAM countries, the U.S. – GUAM Framework Program has developed the Euro-Atlantic Advisory Team to assist the participating countries in developing concrete cooperative projects for the GUAM (Georgia, Ukraine, Azerbaijan, and Moldova) regional organization. The EAAT will initially focus on assisting GUAM in developing the Trade and Transport Facilitation (TTF) project, which seeks to support the GUAM Free Trade Zone and the movement of goods across GUAM borders, as well to stand up the GUAM Virtual Center for Combating Terrorism, Drug Trafficking and Other Transnational Crimes.

At the request of the GUAM countries, the U.S. – GUAM Framework Program has developed the Euro-Atlantic Advisory Team to assist the participating countries in developing concrete cooperative projects for the GUAM (Georgia, Ukraine, Azerbaijan, and Moldova) regional organization.
