YOU WILL NEED:• 8-10 wooden sticks from ice blocks or a craft shop • masking tape• textas• a Bible verse

DIRECTIONS1. TAPE TOGETHER THE STICKS

Line up all sticks lengthwise so no gaps show between, and put two strips of

masking tape across them.

2. ADD A BIBLE VERSE

Flip over the cluster of sticks and use a dark-coloured texta to write the name of a Bible verse across some of the sticks. Choose a verse about kindness below or

read the Bible to find different verses!

3. ADD YOUR ART

Use brightly coloured textas to draw a colourful picture in the rest of the space on the sticks. Make sure every stick gets some

colour on it.

4. MIX UP THE PUZZLE

Flip over the cluster of sticks and remove the tape. Turn the sticks back over and shuffle them. Now try to put your puzzle back together!

Bake your favourite biscuits, or try out the

Brigadeiro below, and sell it in your neighbourhood

to raise money for children living in poverty.

BRIGADEIRO[BREE-gah-DARE-oh]

Adult help needed. Makes about 40 treats.

INGREDIENTS

• ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder

• 1 tbsp butter, plus extra butter

for greasing

• 400 ml of sweetened condensed milk

• sprinkles, shredded coconut, chopped

nuts or powdered sugar

DIRECTIONS

1. In a medium pan, cook the condensed milk, cocoa powder and butter over medium heat.

2. Stir continuously for approximately 10 minutes.

3. Remove the pan from the stove and let it cool.

4. Grease your hands with some butter and roll the mixture into 1-inch balls with your hands.

5. Roll each ball in sprinkles, shredded coconut, cocoa powder, chopped nuts or powdered sugar.

6. Place each ball into its own baking cup

7. Enjoy, and refrigerate any leftovers!
