1)Mahatma Gandhi Birth G.S.C. had organized programe ‘Remembering Mahatma’. On that occasion a ganand of sut was devated to Mahatma’s icon .to pay the tribute in the real sense to Mahatma Gandhi .Mooljians year second’programmstudents cleaned the garbageall the students took oath to always keep clean the college .Hon. 2) A film telecast on the life of MahatmaA film of Gandhi’s life ‘Bapu Jivan was telecast on 4o clock in new conference hall 56 students attended the film and discussion session too

3) Guest Lecture:- On, 06/10/ 2016 the Centre organized guest lecture by a renowned Gandhian Thinker Mr.Harshal Patil, Jalgaon. Prof.N.VBharanbe (Vice-Principal) chaired the programme. 54 students & teachers attended the programme.

4) Organ donation awakening camp :- Gandhian studies centre and N.C.C unit organized a ‘Jagar Avyavdanacha … vedh manuskicha’ (Organ donation awakening camp )on 30/12/2016 Mira Suresh (snehbandh trust Mumbai ) answered the questions of citizens as well as students. Mira Suuresh inaugurated the camp . poster which was made by college was also onoguratede by her. Thereafter she guided students with the help of ppt. Moreover studentrs of Paul foundation played a street play on ‘chala samjuya kay asate avayavdan’. 200 persons filled the form of organ donation . The programe was anchored by Prof. Vijay Lohar , Prof. Yogesh Borse introduced the guest with Prof. Bhupendra kesur thanked the guest.

5)Guest Lecture :- On, 04 /01/ 2017 the Gandhian Studies Centre, Deptt. Commerce, Professional management and Gandhi Research Foundetion, Jalgaon jointly organized guest lecture by a renowned International Gandhian Thinker Dr. Mark Lindley, City University, New York (USA) Dr.Uday Kulkarni (Principal) chaired the programme. 54 students & teachers attended the programme.

6) Jagar Abhiyan -2017(university level street play competition)

(On 15 jan.2017) Gandhi studies centre with Neer foundation to aweken youth’s social responsibilities held on the subjects 1.swaraj my right 2.water is life 3.india is be coming cashless 4.organ donation satisfaction of life. The competition was inaugurated by Hon Principal .86 students from 8 colleges (Dhule ,Jalgaon , Nandurbar) participated in the competition .on all the subjects street plays were performed starting from M.J college , at Bahinabai garden, New bustand ,stadium playes were performed . Performances were examined by the experts Shri .Vinod Dhage shri. Amarsingh rajput smt vaishali patil ,Hon. Rajumama Bhole (MLA Jalgoan), Chandubhai patel (MLC) shri. Naresh khandelwal were the chief guest attended the programme .The programe was anchored by centres co-ordinator Prof .Vijay Lohar and introduction was given by the president of NEER foundation shri Sagar

Mahajan. Winners of the competition are as follow - 1.First-Pratap college

,Amalner 2.Second –M.J. college ,Jalgaon 3.Third –Samajkarya college ,JALGAON.

7) Student participation –

During 16,17,18,Dec 2016 Sevagram ashram organized youth inspirational camp at Pune entitled Gandhi @150. In this camp 07 students actively participated through Gandhian studies centre .
