Mr. Lyons is a seasoned consultant to software organizations and to colleges anduniversities and is distinguished for his service in the field of higher education financial
management. He is currently a consultant for the rSmart Group. Mr. Lyons is liaison to theKuali Project for the National Association of College and University Business Officers(NACUBO). Mr. Lyons was the functional author of FRS and is a current member of theKuali Functional Council.
