About Keystone Symposia

Keystone Symposia on Molecular and Cellular Biology is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Silverthorne, Colorado that has been convening open, international, peer-reviewed research

conferences in the biomedical and life sciences since 1972. Each year, Keystone Symposia holds approximately 60 conferences worldwide, catalyzing new ideas and collaborations, and accelerating discoveries that ultimately benefit humankind. The conferences emphasize both basic and translational research, and attract research leaders from industry, academia and government. Speakers range from Nobel Prize winners to emerging early-career scientists, who present unpublished data and groundbreaking scientific discoveries at the conferences.

Financial support to Keystone Symposia is used to cover conference-related costs, helping keep registration fees as low as possible and providing scholarships for deserving early-career investigators.
