Keysight Technologies, Inc. AS9100D Certification Status Update
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, completion of Keysight’s recertification audits has been delayed at two of the five campus locations, Penang, MY and Santa Rosa, CA. Audits of Keysight’s Roseville, CA and Colorado locations have been completed as planned. Keysight is working with its Certification Body DEKRA to complete the remaining audits later in 2020.
The delay of recertification audits will trigger a temporary expiration of Keysight’s AS9100D certificate on May 17th, 2020. Once the recertification audits have been completed, Keysight’s certificate will be reinstated.
The International Aerospace Quality Group (IAQG) recognizes the challenges related to COVID-19 and has published a Management of Extraordinary Events notice dated March 17, 2020 that contains guidance on how certificates and certifications will be managed with respect to impacted organizations.
Keysight’s Quality Management System has been deemed to continue to meet all the quality management system requirements of AS9100D as attested by DEKRA. Please refer to DEKRA’s assurance letter on the following page.
Also note, the temporary expiration of Keysight’s AS9100D certificate has no impact on the validity of our ISO9001 certification.

Due to the COVID-19 virus pandemic, DEKRA Business Assurance has been unable to complete two remaining Keysight Technologies AS9100 site certification audits before May 17, 2020. In addition, IAQG and ANAB have not permitted Certification Bodies (CBs) to extend AS specific certifications.

As a result, on May 17, 2020 Keysight’s Technologies’ AS9100 certification will expire. On or before May 17, 2020, DEKRA will append the Keysight’s AS9100 Certificate number in OASIS with the following unique number [IAF-ID3], indicating the expiration is due to audits affected by the impact of COVID-19. However, DEKRA will continue to be working closely with Keysight to complete the remaining recertification audits and reinstate their AS9100 certification, as soon as feasibly possible.
This letter is to attest that Keysight continues to meet all the quality management system requirements of AS9100 and remains in good standing with DEKRA Certification, Inc.
