Emergency MedicineGoal 1 – Bill 85,000 patient visits per year.Objective: To capture patient charges for all patients seen in the ECC including PACe. Significantly decrease the volume of missing charges.

GMH Business Analyst provides a list of 100 patient names from each category.Latriece looks up patients in IDX to insure they were billed.GMH Business Analyst provides a list of patients registered in SMS to EMCF daily.Sonja Dunn insures charge sheets initiated for each patient.BurtonBurton
