Implementation stages 1. Dynamics 365 environment preparation. We need to
deploy new Dynamics 365 environment or check the existing environment to make sure that there are no customized elements that will be damaged while the solution. If there are any customized elements, we need to figure out the procedure how we can implement them into the new solution.
2. Solution deployment. Here we deploy the solution itself, check the basic functions and configure standard security roles.
3. SharePoint integration. Integration with SharePoint, standard data structure.
4. Social Engagement configuration. We need to receive access token from social networks (Facebook, for example) and configure basic rules for receiving data in Dynamics 365.
5. Configure Microsoft BI (online). Standard reports configuration.
6. Data import. Using the standard Dynamics tools. Complete system testing for 2 roles.
7. Trainings and guides. Detailed guides for 2 roles, trainings for end users.
