Message CategoriesWorldClient supports categories in the LookOut and WorldClient themes for easy sorting and identification of email messages. Message Attachment HandlingIn the WorldClient and LookOut themes, when users compose an email and click the “attach” button, users can attach documents from a sortable and searchable list of all documents that the user has access to through WorldClient. [Figure 3-1]

Saving Email MessagesIn all WorldClient themes, users can save the source of the selected message as an .eml file to the user’s local machine.

Attachment PrintingUsers can choose whether to print message attachments “Always”, “Never”, or “Decide on Print.” [Figure 3-2]

Email Encryption with VirtruWhen using the WorldClient or LookOut theme, users can now encrypt email messages and attachments using Virtru. [Figure 3-3]

Password RecoveryThe password recovery feature allows users to designate a password recovery email address. When a user has forgotten his password, he can click on a “Forgot password?” link which takes him to a page that asks him to confirm his password recovery email address. When this address is entered correctly, a link to a page that allows the user to change his password is sent to that address. [Figure 3-4]

Desktop Notifications Desktop notifications allow WorldClient users (using the LookOut or WorldClient theme) to receive notifications of new email messages, new instant messages, and any change in status of a chat buddy. [Figure 3-5]

Two-Factor Authentication WorldClient includes Two Factor Authentication (TFA) to make users more secure when strong passwords may not have been implemented. WorldClient users who enable Two Factor Authentication will be required to enter a verification code before they can have a logged in session. This feature can be used with any client that supports Google Authenticator (available in the Google Play store). [Figure 4-1]
